1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EverBeaver, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What EverBeaver Does

EverBeaver is a social task app that lets you assign todos to friends, track progress, and message each other about tasks. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use EverBeaver. One account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EverBeaver to send harassing, abusive, or illegal content to other users. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate this.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

EverBeaver offers a free tier with limited todos and friends. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited todos and friends and are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google per their standard policies. We do not process payments directly.

6. Your Content

You own the content you create in EverBeaver (todos, notes, messages). By using EverBeaver, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to you and the friends you share it with, solely to operate the service. We do not sell your content.

7. Service Availability

We provide EverBeaver as-is. We don't guarantee it will be available at all times or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EverBeaver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Privacy Policy

Data Storage and Access

Your todos, notes, and messages are stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service operated by Google LLC. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on Google's encrypted servers.

EverBeaver uses industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Like most apps of this type, your content is not end-to-end encrypted — meaning the EverBeaver team may access content for purposes such as debugging, customer support, or investigating abuse. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except as required by law.
